Children's Privacy Policy
Last update:
January 15, 2026
1. Scope
This policy supplements our handling of personal information of children under 14 (or the equivalent age threshold in other jurisdictions). It explains for guardians, schools, and families how we protect children’s personal information.
2. Our baseline
- We collect only what is necessary to provide the service (data minimization).
- We never sell children's personal information.
- We never use children's data to train third-party AI models without separate guardian consent.
- Children under 14 use the product only with separate guardian consent.
3. How guardian consent works
A child’s account is created and activated by a guardian or by the school with guardian authorization. Guardian consent can be withdrawn inside the product at any time; after withdrawal the child’s account stops the related processing.
4. Where we process children’s information
- Learning evidence — assignments, questions, work, and experiment records — used to give the child, their guardians, and their teachers growth feedback.
- Role-safe projection — one record, different safe views per role, so guardians see only what they should.
- Safety and integrity — detecting age-inappropriate content and interactions, and protecting accounts and systems.
5. Guardian rights
- Review the categories of information we process about the child.
- Correct or delete the child's personal information.
- Withdraw consent.
- Raise questions or complaints.
